Terms & Conditions

– Our daily rates include breakfast, served at any time of the day;

– We apply a 10% service charge on daily rates;

– Our check in is from 1pm and check out at 12pm;

– Extra bed per suite adds 30% to the daily rate. For children up to 5 years, the lodging is our courtesy – cot is available upon request, subject to availability of the chalet;

– For accommodations with more than 2 adults in a suite or with children, please contact us through reservas@tutabel.com.br;

– To confirm the reservation, an advance payment will be requested via credit card, corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the daily rates – the balance will be settled at check out.

Property cancellation policy

– Cancellations:

In case of need of cancellation and inform us up to 15 days before the date of check-in, there will be a full refund to the client of the amount deposited. If the cancellation is informed between 15 days and 5 days from the date of check-in, the amount will be considered as credit for future lodging with us. If the cancellation is informed less than 5 days in advance of the check-in date, there will be no refund of the customer value or credit for future lodging with us.
