The gastronomic experience at Pousada Tutabel is inspired by Bahian cuisine: a cuisine full of colors, flavors and aromas.

From the farm: we prefer local, organic products, respecting the seasonality of the ingredients.

To the table: haute cuisine and a refined menu inspired by local flavors served in the restaurant, on the beach and by the pool.

  • Breakfast

    Breakfast is a unique affair, with a delicious surprise every day and conveniently served at any time and place, according to the guests’ wishes and preferences. The menu is attractive and diverse, offering local fruits, refreshing juices, coconut water, breads, cakes and a local delicacy such as tapioca with curd cheese, corn porridge or tapioca bread with fennel.

  • Beach and Pool Bars

    Guests have great options while relaxing by the pool or soaking up the sun on the beach. The menu features light and non-obvious options – including octopus vinaigrette, coconut and mango ceviche, tartare with sweet potato chips, and fish, shrimp and mushroom skewers. For hydration, there are delicious options such as juices, coconut water, and classic and more exotic drinks that make the most of Brazilian fruits and spices.

  • Pousada Restaurant

    In the restaurant, which is exclusive to the guests of the pousada, there are delicacies of the Bahian cuisine with a sophisticated interpretation. The menu includes several options that reflect the soul of the region through flavors and aromas, such as grilled octopus, plantain stew (moqueca), peach palm, mushrooms, chestnuts and cashews, licuri rice, tidal rice stew, free-range chicken xinxin, pork with milk porridge, green bean salad and umbu jam.

    It is a culinary experience that focuses on the use of fresh ingredients, both from the RPPN’s organic garden and from local producers. The restaurant is open daily from 12:00pm to 10:30pm and offers lunch and dinner in an air-conditioned environment with a fantastic view of the sea.
